Research Engineer (Optimization / Quantum Workflows)

The Role

Design baselines, evaluate heuristics, and turn promising quantum workflows into evidence with careful measurement.

Responsibilities

Implement baselines and evaluation harnesses.
Run experiments with sanity checks and clear metrics.
Write decision-ready recommendations with limits.

Requirements

Strong Python and scientific computing fundamentals.
Experience with optimization or algorithm evaluation.

Nice to have

OR tools (OR-Tools, Gurobi, etc.)
Quantum optimization exposure
