Research Engineer (Optimization / QC Applications)

- Skills / background: Optimization/applied math foundations, experimental discipline, and clean reproducible code.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with OR/MIP/QUBO/Ising or hybrid workflows; comfort writing clear decision memos.

The Role
Build and benchmark problem formulations + baselines across solvers/QPUs/sim—keeping claims disciplined and decision-grade.
Responsibilities
- Define formulations and compare against classical baselines.
- Build evaluation pipelines and produce decision-grade summaries.
- Partner with delivery to keep prototypes measurable and credible.
Requirements
- Strong analytical reasoning and comfort with experimentation.
- Ability to write clear, reproducible code.
